The Viewer is the focal point of Spector CNE Investigator and provides you with an easy-to-use, tab-based interface for reviewing employee PC and Internet activity.

Recordings are retrieved from your secure archive source (either the monitored PC or the Data Vault), loaded into the Viewer and organised by activity type (Screen Snapshots, Email, Chats/IM, etc...).

Figure 1. Reviewing screen snapshots is simple with Spector CNE Investigator’s video-like controls. Press the PLAY button and snapshots replay like a video recording. Move forward one snapshot at a time to carefully examine employee activity, step-by-step. You can also skip ahead; instantly rewind; or jump to a specific date, time or web site visit. Individual snapshots can be printed or a range of snapshots can be exported as a stand-alone video file.

Figure 2. Click the Email Activity tab and you will see a one line summary of all sent and received emails. Click any item in the summary list and Spector CNE Investigator will display the entire email message. In addition to corporate email messages in Outlook, Spector CNE records webmail from Google mail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, AOL and more.
