Recorders
The Recorders are installed onto each computer being monitored. Once installed, recording is automatic and undetectable.

Data Vault
The Data Vault is a secure, centralised storage location for your recordings. Each monitored PC will automatically transfer its recordings to the Data Vault for safe keeping until you are ready to review them. You can employ one or multiple Data Vaults (each on a separate server) to organise recordings by department, office floor or building or any category you choose.

Control Center
The Control Center is a management tool used for network installation, configuration and retrieval of Spector CNE Investigator recordings.

Viewer
The Viewer is a Windows application that displays recordings from the Data Vault and organises them into category-based tabs. For instance, click the Email tab and the Viewer will display all Emails sent and received. You can even replay screen snapshots of an employee’s PC and Internet activity with the Screen Snapshot Viewer and its easy-to-use, video-like controls.
