For Android:
• A phone, tablet, or other device running Android operating system (OS) version 1.5 or later
• A cellular data plan or Wi-Fi connection for sending the reports from the device
• Phones from AT&T are NOT SUPPORTED because apps can only be purchased and installed from the Android Market

For BlackBerry:
• BlackBerry Device Software v4.2 or higher
• A service plan that includes access to the BlackBerry Browser
• Location services require Device Software (OS) version 5.x or higher, or an internal/external GPS chip/system

Requirements for receiving eBLASTER Mobile Activity Reports:
• Any computer, phone or mobile device with email access
